Less distressed home sales;fewer investors;cool down in prices will characterize the California real estate market for 2014.
The California Association of Realtors predicts home sales rising by 3.2%; and Home prices to rise 6%. This is more like a normal markets- not 24% increase like we saw from 2012 to 2013.
When they talk about investors, they mean big hedge funds. We will still be there and playing a much greater role than in t he lat year. We will finally be able to get some great deals without being edged out by the elephants in the room.
This is a great time to get in. 2014 will be the best year in a long time for us-Little risk and great upside.
