~I joined the Rockower mentoring program, learned from Phyllis how to get started right away, and I soon put a Covina property under contract for a good price using the solid paperwork I received in the coaching program. Since there were a lot of unknown costs in the project, such as an old room addition with no sign of being permitted, I decided itd be best to partner with a vet who would know how to deal with it all.
