More last minute title crap. They want some paper from the seller AT THE LAST MINUTE. and and the seller is in the hospital. Got a great escrow agent who is sending a notary to him to get it signed. He was not ansering his phone so we called all the local hospitals and found him. Hey, notaries go to hospitals.
We were scheduled to put up a 6k fence around the property which we had to cancel last minute.
I am going on a cruise this weekend and this better be done.
I am now interviewing title officers- not title reps- to see who can think outside of the box. All of my deals are done in a trust and i am not getting the right answers from these title officers. I know what is legal and what is not so don’t tell me that something you don’t understand is not legal.
