i have bitched to their tech support. They took something terrific and screwed it up. After several emails, i have figured out how to do comps the new way. It ain’t great but its doable. You can’t let them pick comps for you. They use old ones.
Here’s how:
1. when you pul up redfin you have to put in the zipcode of the house you want- not the address.
2.Then choose filters and unclick all except sales and what type it is. You can filter baths and sq footage and year built to narrow it down.
3.Then a list comes up with a map. You have to click on the ones that are near yours and read about them and look at pix.
Not the best but its something. You can also look at realtor.com or become friends with a realtor to pull solds for you.
