Can’t wait for them to nail him on that. They got his old instructors to tell all about how they sucked the people in dollar by dollar to get them to use their credit cards to pay for the absurd programs. First they were way too much money and second, the instructors had little real estate experience.
The problem is they are only one of many crooks who are ripping people off. Every week there are 2 new “gurus” promising the same thing with the same schedule: First up your credit; Then bring you to a one day; then a weekend; then the hussle for tens of thousands of dollars.
Folks- please don’t fall for this. You need someone local who has one mentoring program with no upsell. You need someone who is actively doing it- not some internet marketing “guru”. You need a real estate guru. – like me, of course.
