America is on sale so money is flowing into our real estate market. In addition, exchange rates favor them. We are considered a safe haven. Usually its just treasuries but with the low interest rate being paid by treasuries, real estate is a real bargain.
Are you getting this folks? Hedge funds, private equity funds and foreign investors think its a great time to buy. What about you? It amazes me that people were throwing money are overpriced real estate in 2006. Now that the risk is over, people are nervous. Huh? What’s wrong with this picture?
