I told you that our housing downturn would only be short lived and that it ALWAYS comes back.(remember i told you in 2005 that it was going in the toilet)
One of the things i predicted was that the american dream would never die- owning your own home in the greatest country in the world. Just because people stopped coming to our country whether illegal or legal was simply economic-they could not find jobs, did not mean it was anything more than temporary.
Now that jobs are back and the economy is once again growing, immigration is once again on the rise. Statistics show that our population is growing even though the birthrate is falling.
California lost more residents to other states but still gained population due to renewed immigration. It remains the most populous state in the country. The census showed that cal. gained 14% more people. No distinction is made between legal and illegal residents.
This only means that the rental market can go nowhere but up.
