Finally got the seller to agree to the discount and send the POA. That took 2 weeks. So we are ready to close and i sent the trust to the new title company WHO DID NOT CALL ME BACK FOR 4 DAYS. What is with these people? Did all the good ones retire?
The escrow officer called the title company and they have a problem with the trust. I sent the problem to Bill and he said they are idiots and quoted the case law. ARGGGGGGG!!!!!!
