Your team is important
It’s so tough dealing with a new lender and a new title company. They just don’t understand trusts. Had to make my partner a joint trustee so we can both sign checks. I do not want to have to run out to sign checks. That’s where the problem started. The lender first wanted my partner on the loan. No. I am the only one signing. To compound things i got stuck with a newbee processor.
To further complicate things, this was a title company that i did not pick and they freaked out about the trust. Trying to get everyone on the same page is stressful. This is why having the best people on your team is so important. Hope we close tomorrow.
