Why is this process always filled with drama? After taking a wonderful relazing cruise, i came back to crap from the guy i have used for 15 years to do my rehabs.
I use him even though he is the WORST business man ever because he is such a good worker. Well he now has a new wife who is getting involved and putting her 2 cents in even though we worked out a very specific payment schedule. So he stopped work until we get this straightened out. Just what i need, More slowdown. I already am unhappy because not enough was done in the time i was away.
You really have to be prepared to baby sit these people. If you don’t visit regularly, you will find that they take other jobs in between to get money needed since they already spent your money.
If you don’t have the time to do this- flip the deal- don’t rehab.
