Trying to get finished on my rehab.
Went out to the house on sat. It was down to 93. Much more tolerable. Handyman was supposed to clean the place out so i can take pictures for staging. IT’S STILL A MESS AS YOU CAN SEE.
I offered him a bonus if he finishes this week. Rots of ruck!!. Must get house on the market in the beginning of Nov before holiday season starts.
Started looking for stagers. Wow!! I had someone locally who did my last house who was good and reasonable. These people out here are absurd in their prices. Decided to go online myself and find a furniture rental place. I can decorate as well as anyone. It’s really cheap.
