I have been saying this for awhile. People have become too accustomed to low interest rates and think this is the norm. Those of us who have been around know this is not so. Don’t get used to it.

Mtg rates are dependent on the 10 yr. treasury bond. Lots of outside sources come into play- how much others buy our worthless bonds, what happens in Europe, mid east politics etc.
