The house looks gorgeous. The furniture rental company was awesome. I don’t use a listing broker. I have a service called realty zoom that charges me $89 for 6 months on the mls. I fill in the listing info and upload pix and description. My phone number is on there and i have a lock box. When the realtors call or text, i get their dre # and then i give them the code to get in. There is still a “for sale by owner” sign on the property but i will pay the selling broker 3%.
This is not for newbee investors unless they are one of my students. Think how much money you could save if you knew how to do this (with my training)
