When I first got started I was told to open as many accounts as possible. So I have probably about 150k worth of credit. I did not use most of it before but now I do.
Here’s why.
Because I have a good fico, I recently called amex and asked them to upgrade my credit amount to 30 k. They did not even ask me to verify my income. They just gave me the boost. My handyman takes square so I have been charging all the work on it. I now have a bunch of points on amex to pay for flights etc and have had to pay very little out of pocket for the rehab.How cool is that!!!
