Why networking is so important.:
I did this video about this but i had to update it. Knowing who to call for every situation can make or break your deal. The wrong escrow agent will not be cooperative. We don’t break the law but we can skirt it a little. Most escrow agents don’t understand creative financing and tell you that what you want to do is illegal. Translation: “I don’t understand how to do that”.
Because i have so many contacts, i know just who to call for everything. I just called an appraiser friend of mine who has been doing appraisals for over 20 years to write me an opinion of value to use to go back to the seller with to lower the price already in escrow with. Of course, having the right contracts give you the ability to do that.
